The course was very good simply explained how to pick up loads without stretching or twisting and damaging your back including moving other objects like Tyres large and small by using different techniques.

The section about tyres would be better with actual people rather than the computer generated doing the work, I understand that this bit has been added to the original handling video but you did ask my opinion
