Worth knowing, especially in today's culture where it is not as "taboo" for people to understand more about emotions and welfare or ourselves and others. In the workplace this training is essential for managers and work colleagues to lean and have the understanding to potentially recognise and know how to deal with anyone going through this experience and possibly for someone going through the symptoms and may not realise themselves what they are going through.

It is a good idea to add these courses to a workplace as it creates more awareness of what women have to go through and deal with.
