The main reason why this training important to me is to be able to understand how mental health and ,dementia learning disabilities care can change the needs of an individual . To be able to explain the importance of promoting positive mental health awareness and approach for the staff how they care and preserve the well being of older person and people affected.

This course is relevant to everybody no matter what work or careers they have. As we are faced with people who have mental health issues, dementia and learning disabilities. This course should be compulsory because it will help us to understand the above and to be able to include them in society rather than exclude them due to ignorance. *****
