Only helping in parts
Although I agree with the course and it's help it can give to someone in that position ,although a bit patronising in parts for someone suffering in that way, the test at the end I dont, having been through depression and anxiety caused by medication in the past surely having to pass a test at the end could make in the situation even worse

good introduction
An excellent 'light touch' way of introducing the topic to construction workers. Permits the opportunity to raise the subject with colleagues / managers and / or explore the subject further.
