This was delivered really well. As a general course it was informative, although I think it would be better if some aspects were delivered on an 'as and when required' basis for individuals who need the specific support. It is always useful to have an general overview however.

Unfortunately this course was not very practical and mostly felt like a waste of time. It didn't teach me anything particularly new about how to move people, while at the same time not giving me any opportunity to practice actually moving anyone. The test was ridiculously simple and could have easily been completed without watching any of the videos. In general I find these online courses a bit pointless.

There was so much information to take in. I was overwhelmed with facts and visual images. I took time out. I thought I couldn’t hack it. The questions came and they were easy.

Good course. Covers all aspects of moving and handling and how to use moving equipment. Gives you all the information you require about different situations and all the various equipment you may need to use.
