It's a good training provider but I couln not log in to my laptop. I used my mobile to complete my training. Procedures were demonstrated well and easy to understand explanation. One thing, questions follows every after topics which gives a very important tips of we should be doing, I mean it is a mandatory before starting moving and handling people.

Concerned with some of the training.
Very concerned that one of the moving and handling manoeuvres shown on the video is illegal. The one which is a bear lift. Used to transfer from bed to chair or chair to chair by one carer.
A lot to take in
It took me time to complete this course because I found it a lot to learn to be honest….different equipment and procedures.
