Accommodating to all needs

Neurodiversity is the understanding and acceptance that human brains naturally process information, learn, and interact with the world in a wide variety of ways. It promotes the idea that neurological differences—such as Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia—are natural variations of the human brain rather than diseases, deficits, or flaws that need to be "fixed"
Good as far as it goes
As a parent of a neurodiverse adult, I found the awareness training to be detailed enough for someone who has no knowledge on the subject. It does nothing really to encourage employers to actually employ someone with Autism. 80% of adults with Autism are unemployed so a very very long way to go. This awareness course is a step in the right direction/ better than nothing but a tick box exercise none the less, for employers.
