In personal development in care most of the topic were new to me and all were very informative .I learn about personal development plan. I didn't have any knowledge about core skill, care certificate so learn about different types of core skill and care certificate. it help me to improve myself ,help to plan my own development in PDP and how to set SMART objectives and break them down into achievable tasks, what blended learning means. the important of good quality and giving constructive feedback.
