Nicely presented course with clear information given in bite-sized chunks. Much easier to 'digest' than other Prevent training. Key definitions covered and examples given.

User friendly online course
Excellent phone and online service and support.
A clear and concise course
The course was clear, concise and easy to understand. I like the way each section is very short and you can pause the course and come back when convenient. The only flaw is that, in Section 2.1 it was entitled 'Respond, Report, Record'. Surely the last two should be the other way round?
Acceptable but live learning is better
Acceptable but live learning is always better. Total reliance on "online learning" is less than ideal.
