This is well explained and broken down into easy to follow chunks of information. The lady on the screen has very clear diction during speaking making the information digestible and easy to understand. I like the way the training has been laid out, as I like to read transcripts because it helps to me to visualise the information for better retention purposes. What is good about the layout of this training is that the video minimises and is still visible even when scrolling down through the transcript as it plays- a great feature.

The training would be better if it comprised some case studies from real life and perhaps could be more interactive.
