Enjoyed the course but locked out of completing test after clicking a back arrow. Went through all the pages twice more and remained locked out. I hadn’t completed the test!
Frustrated by the format
i was enjoying the course and wanted to go back during the test and it locked me out. i went through every slide twice more and still could not access the end of the test which i had not completed. very frustrating and time consuming on a friday night!
Very detailed and direct to the point
I really enjoyed completing this piece of training as it was direct to the point, involved valid up to date examples and was in sections so it was not overwhelming.
Excellent
This is a worthwhile course. There is no jargon and I understood it easily.It is a very relevant course in this society we live in. It was the right length and I was delighted to get 100 % first time round when I completed the test.
