A brief introduction/recap of duties.
Straightforward and well delivered in a way that is easy to understand. Breaking into segments is useful and makes the whole topic a lot easier to get to grips with. If you listen the test is easy so showing that this complex subject is in fact easy to navigate if some simple steps/ rules are followed and existing school/organisation policies are already in place.
