Very good course & very well explained
This was very good, relevant training.
I would have appreciated a few case studies (of some real-life/work-based examples) of problems for me/us to use our new techniques in how to go about solving. However, apart from that, I consider that the training was thorough, relevant to me, my colleagues and most of the problems which we encounter in our work. Thank you.

This course was interesting
This course made me think about how I perform problem solcing and showed me how to break the process down into the ICED. I then found myseld using ICED in a problem I had and it resulted in a positive outcome
