Good and concise – I did like 'ICED'
This was a very engaging module. I enjoyed the way it was presented (in fact all your presenters are excellent communicators). WOOP was a new one on me and I could see it might be useful.

An easy to follow short course with relevant information. Some of the guidance is obvious, but it was good to see it broken down into steps.
