I found this online learning module easy to read, understand and digest.

While a lot of the content was common sense, it does no harm at all to be reminded that we should appreciate other team members, give praise and relay feedback received. Good team spirit makes for an effective team. We all like to receive praise, so we should be prepared to give praise too.
