Slightly longer than perhaps necessary
Good course but slightly longer than perhaps necessary
very informative , simple and clear
I enjoyed watching the short videos and I did not feel bored.
Good
I found this informative, with positive ideas on dealing with changes in routine.
obvious, condescending and stress induci
What was the point of this course – apart from to make me feel more anxious and irritated. With no option to skip obvious suggestions one has to sit through a lot of being talked to like a child going to school for the first time and then take a "test". This does not seem like a very good format for supporting a return to work
excellent course thought is was very goo
thought it was a good course for those returning to work
Informative
Makes returning more positive and that there are people to assist in the transition
A lot on well-being and resilience
This was very much focused on well-being and resilience which overlaps with other sessions. Some aspects should be optional e.g. how to breath. It seems time wasting to be taught deep breathing when it's something some people use in everyday life already in sport & leisure activities. I am possibly being a bit negative, as this might be helpful as a one-off session, but having done a few sessions now I feel there is too much overlap and they are taking too much time covering old ground or simple common sense.
Supportive and relevant to my role
In spite of having completed the same course a few months ago I was allocated after a period of absence following surgery and I found it to be supportive and relevant. My needs returning to work were different this time to those after being furloughed and the course was easy to complete and engaging. It’s a good refresher for everyone to have to do from time to time.
Clear concise and informative.
Although a lot of the content is common sense it is beneficial to be updated and reminded of how important it is.
It was a good refresher
This course was a good refresher of good practice when returning to the office environment/ work generally after a period of absence. A lot of the content was not just relevant following a return post Covid WFM which made it all the more beneficial and transferrable.
