Useful but inconsistent with post
As a one day per week voluntter working in a shop/retail setting I feel this is too in depth for my purpose
comprehensive information, useful
The course was useful and comprehensive, however it is extremely frustrating that if you make a mistake and click back that you can't click forward to return to where you were, instead you have to listen to the whole section. That is wasting precious time.

Well articulated
The knowledge i got was over my expectations. I have learnt infection prevention and control procedures that keeps me safe and the client. The course was prepared in an way that was easy and simple to understand. The course equiped me with precautions to take when i am faced with the situations.
