Made me aware of scenarios that I had not previously been known to me.
A tough watch in places.
I found some of the questions harder than expected – there was so much to learn and not everything asked seemed to be covered directly in the 36 slides.
Very disturbing but crucial to know
The content was very disturbing, but delivered well, with good use of video clips/animation. The content was easy to follow.

It was easy to follow with the added bonus that you could halt the course if you had an incoming telephone call or a sudent/member of staff asking for help.
