Informative and relative to my role
This was excellent training and used all the relevant terminology needed to fully explain the processes and identify signs and indicators of types of abuse. The 3 R's were also explained and why a multi-agency approach is important to ensure that there is a child-centred holistic reporting process to DSL's and other professionals and to ensure the safeguarding concern is dealt with quickly and accurately without bias.
