Clear and thought provoking
I'm a Governor who does not have a child support or social services background. A very thought provoking course, which lays bare the many safeguarding risks faced by teachers when working with children of all ages. Sad to recognise that children of all backgrounds can face many of these threats.

A good foundation
I liked the simple narration. The topics were covered simply, yet with enough information to know when to seek advice & & who to go to for assistance. There was one point I'd like to see further information about in a video like this: there was a part which said "this is also for if someone is showing symptoms of… PTSD" & then did not cover those symptoms.

Informative and useful.
It was good to do the course, very important to know the new information and useful as I work with children. Its so informative, helpful and important to know what can happen and how to deal with the situation when it happens. Thank you for the course.
