I found the course very informative.
This is a great course and, although I have attended similar courses in the past, it's always a good idea to constantly remind ourselves of protocol and and the importance of following certain rules and guidelines in these delicate situations. I was really surprised that I answered 2 questions incorrectly – so it does go to show how important regular reminders/refreshers and are.

Could be improved
A few facts give the incorrect impression. Eg you state good relationships with parents/ family a child is not likely to be at risk of abuse. Neglect video showing table with drinks/ possibly drugs. Neglect should be shown it can happen in any family.
Well delivered
I liked the short bursts of information and the ability to complete it all at once or in sections.
