Comprehensive and easy to understand
This course is comprehensive and provided information is easy to understand. It has been designed to cater for learners with different learning styles as it includes the speakers, still images, short clips and written information. It’s separated into short sections with a brief summary at the end. Learner can choose to complete the course in one go or come back to it. The short test st the end checks understanding.

Very detailed and informative
A clear, detailed and well presented course which covered a lot of ground. The suggested timing applies only if the additional resources are not accessed; it takes far more time if they are. Having said that, the additional resources are extremely useful. It would have been helpful if the numbering on each section of the Care Certificate Worksheet for this course related correctly to the numbering of the slides; unfortunately, this was not the case, which proved somewhat confusing.
Efficient Training
I found this training well laid out, clear explanations, functions worked well, no buffering etc. Information was relevant and focussed on the age group.
