clearly explained, well broken-down, and well-structured. excellent depth of extra resources. it could be a little more interactive. and perhaps contain a summary of key information in the form of a side of A4 or something that is obvious as something worthwhile downloading after you finish.

Enjoyed the small bite size videos as it was much easier to take the information in bit by bit. The subtitles was very useful as this enhanced the information going in also. Felt everything was covered and came away feeling as though I would know what to do in a child protection scenario.

A variety of presentation formats kept my mind focused and it gave a great many links and additional information helpful to deal with concerns.

As with Part1, level 2 was an enjoyable, easily-accessible, well-presented course. The video format is refreshing- with two presenters whose engaging voice quality and pace of speech make the material easy to follow. Thank you.
