There's a level of whimsy and silly animation that feels really uncomfortable given the serious nature of the subject matter. Specifically what jumped out to me was the choice of graphics on slide 15 (hearts and stars for child sexual exploitation? seems deeply inappropriate) and the "video game" animations associated with the slides on bullying. Very uncomfortable to hear discussion of youth suicide and depression over a cute image of 8-bit pixel art!

Very informative it makes you aware of situations you would not be looking for

I thought the information was really well delivered. I liked that there were additional resources that were easy to access. I printed one or two resources out as I went along. The message was clear – trust your gut instinct, it could save a life.

AND VERY HELPFUL TO ALL THE STAFF WHO'S WORKING WITH CHILDREN .
