However, it was very long and wordy
Very Thorough – covered a lot of info
The unit was well ordered. It took a while to digest all the different types of abuse and to make sure the procedures were understood. There were excellent back up diagrams/lists. I learnt a lot and the way it was presented would give you the confidence to react and follow your gut feeling.

Excellent course
I found this course interesting and informative. The content was set out clearly, the delivery was friendly and just the right length. I have done safeguarding courses before but feel I have a greater understanding of recognising safeguarding issues now.

Intense course for a heating engineer
Very good course to do
I found the course was quite easy to understand, and one of the good thing is that it was in bite sized, so you have time to make it register with you and as well as going back to any area you are not sure of before you move on to the next area.
