Clear & concise
A clear & concise course, focusing on what you need to know as opposed to what would be nice to know. The ability to use subtitles is also very useful – not having access to sound on my laptop.
Very good for beginners.
People who have experience of this Annual Training really need to have access to the questions sooner. It’s so drawn out watching each slide and unable to fast forward to the questions and is so frustrating.

Comprehensive and excellent lectures but still have problems reading questions in white on beige and green, very hard to read. It would be useful to be able to print out salient points as an ‘aide memoirs’.

The course was in-depth and the some of questions not clear regarding disclosure of children. Although I really enjoyed the course overall.
