Excellent – Very worthwhile training
I recently undertook the Safeguarding training, in my role of helper with HCPT. I found the material easy to navigate, clear, informative and of a professional standard. Having previously been a Safeguarding Coordinator in another organisation and having delivered, face to face training on the subject, I would say that the material was excellent. One point that I would make would be that the “What to record” and “Who to contact” details, should be made available as a downloadable card for individuals to be able to print out and have perhaps laminated to carry about when employed in their duties as a ready aide. I only suggest this as I am not sure what your opinion is in regards to Copyright infringements in regards to your material.

An interesting and informative course with plenty of resources to check the points to get across.
Easy to follow and clear.
The videos are interesting and give the right amount of detail. The course isn't too long but provides everything you need to know about Safeguarding. Enjoyable course.

Speed of going through the course is frustrating. I am reading the transcript but the visual/audio display takes longer and I'm unable to fast forward
