Really informative and helpful

Enjoyed taking time watching the videos .

good referesher course

good information on grooming,, faith abuse and breast ironing.

Very thorough.

The course was comprehensive and made good use of visual imagery. Also appreciated the ‘further information’ element.

Informative, succinct and to the point

This was useful, up to date information. Found it handy being delivered in bitesize chunks and using plain language.

Safeguarding children…

What is safeguarding? Child centred and coordonated aproache. All the time to fallow the four steps: Recognise, Respond, Report, Record. Following the children's Rights, Principles and Laws, we hope for a better future for our society, for our children…

Good recap

Really helpful if you are doing Safeguarding for the first time.

Fantatic course, helpful and thorough

This is the best online course I've done in all my years of working with children and vulnerable people. It was clear, accessible, practical and real. My only other comment would be that some of the material could be quite distressing to those who have experienced some of the topics covered, and that perhaps a bit more warning about that would be a good idea at the start of the course.

Clear, Informative and well presented

It was easy to follow and understand.

This was a very thought provoking exercise re-visiting a subject I'am very passionate about. It was full of up to date information on current Acts , Legislation and relevant government documents. It was also interesting hearing about Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL) I had not heard of these before. I thought the video and test went on for just the right time for practitioners to listen to the information and take on board what the lecturer was saying . Would highly recommend this course to other Organisations.

mostly excellent

several times the audio failed to sync with the video and had to be restarted – in one instance my answer in the test appeared to be recorded incorrectly tho it is possible that was my mistake – But the course is most useful in that it gives a comprehensive account of this vital topic, for both professionals and volunteers
