Very good, clear concise and well put together and user friendly.
A detailed course, clearly explained
The course was detailed, gave legislation relevant to all parts of the UK, recognising the differences. Gave lots of supportive material too.
Clear, logical and comprehensive!
This was easy to understand and the presenter was very reassuring and clear. There wasn't too much by way of references to legislation, only where really required, but the focus was on people knowing exactly what to look for and what to do in different circumstances. Above all, I was very reassured that doing something in accordance with organisation policy, if concerned, even if ultimately wrong, is far better than doing nothing!

relatively easy to use
I found that I had to read the questions a few times as they were very 'wordy'. I felt that the foster carer question, on reflection may have been a bit ambiguous. The course itself was very helpful. Thank you.

Good, informative
Good summary of what to do and expect when dealing with situations such as child abuse and adult behaviour. I feel up to date with the training so far. Very good and presented well. Thank you Sylvio Carver
Good overview and high;ights key areas
Thought it was a good CBT and covered some good topics, some new to me . And good insight in things to look out for and be aware of.
