A must for anyone working with Children
A very informative course on many aspects of safeguarding children. I have learnt alot about all the different types of problems a child could experience. Though very sad to hear that these types of things occur, it is with this knowledge we can all help to safeguard all the children we may encounter.
Too prescriptive and repetitive.
Too prescriptive and repetitive, taking up the only day of family time that I was looking forward to. Also, insulting in terms of certain implications that could be drawn from it, i.e. giving emphasis to nationalism over what is humanly right.

Excellent course. Comprehensive & modern
The 'Safeguarding Children' Training was an excellent course, providing a comprehensive and modern exploration of the types of child abuse and neglect and the wide range to situations where this can take place. The impact of the risks of the internet, social media and telephones as well as modern day slavery/child trafficking for children and young people were areas which were well explored. The additional content pages and links were also very informative. Thank you!

Very thorough and informative course
I was surprised just how many types of child exploitation and bullying there are. I thought that I already knew pretty much most things about safeguarding that there were to know, having completed several training courses on this previously over the years, but I was unaware that some of the things that I have seen on the news over the past few years have now become more commonplace, and are, actually, now posing more of a risk to our younger people. The course was clear to understand and follow, extremely informative and I feel that I know how to respond with confidence, if faced myself with any safeguarding situation in school or college, as I work in both settings currently. One criticism that I have, however, if I may, is that I found it took a lot of time to work through properly and diligently. It was difficult to take so much content in in one session, and I found I needed to have regular breaks and come back to the course over

Training was too long
Although you were able to stop and start this training, I felt it was too long and felt it hard to stay focused.
