My first Ihasco training, I took this module as a refresher. I found the course very comprehensive and the presentation engaging and informative. Would highly recommend.
It was clear and worded very well.
I didn't like the part that said that children could be at risk in a step-parent relationship.

'Safeguarding Children Training' should be given to everyone. Be it inside the school or outside the school and domestically.

REALLY GOOD AND VERY THOROUGH
I FEEL MUCH SAFER IN ALL THE KNOWLEDGE THAT WAS SHARED AND WHERE TO GO TO IF I WERE TO HAVE ANY ISSUES. BRILLIANT – I HAVE LOTS OF NOTES NOW AND FEEL I COULD DEAL WITH ALL SITUATIONS.
A detailed training presentation
On the whole quite clear and comprehensive. In the quiz at the end, the question I answered incorrectly was a bit misleading as the presentation promotes talking to young people who are showing signs of abuse but the quiz required the answer to be to report to the DSL. Might be worth revising?
