Need to have different people leading the training i.e. One speaker was too monotonous and repetitive Too much information squeezed into course in the time allocated

Great course, clear and precise
Even though the subject matter was difficult and disturbing to hear, it makes you realise just how important it is to understand it and know how best to act. Thought every aspect was well explained and have a good understanding of how to respond.
