Raises the awareness of different circumstances that may indicate abuse

Although I understand the need for some level of knowledge about this subject it is perhaps more "in depth" than a part time Caretaker, who does not work directly with children, would need.

A bit heavy

Certain subjects that are not needed for this role in my humble opinion

A very useful course

A good course for caretakers so that they can appreciate that children need to be safeguarded even though they do not have direct responsibility for them.

enjoyed this course

very informative

Most comprehensive safeguarding children training I've seen

One of the best considered, thoughtfully paced I Hasco courses. Considers numerous ways in which children and young people may be abused, exploited and are vulnerable. Supporting information is copious and it allows you to pace it suitably for yourself. I've done similar training before and I learnt more things, not just because legislation has been updated but because they included it where others hadn't. Excellent, albeit very difficult to complete.

The training is educative and easy to understand.

Very good

Went into detail about everything in a short time, excellent

irrelevant

It was absurd for Morden College to insist that I did this course, when I will be doing voluntary work with the elderly.

Excellent

Excellent content and very well presented. I would highly recommend this training course.

A good course for everyone, involved or not involved

The course was a great way to refresh my mind. The course covered everything that a caretaker should need to know and also brought home some special pointers about some children with needs, thank you for regenerating my enthusiasm to care for those deprived kids
