Difficult Subject to be covered
A difficult / disturbing course which was covered with enough in depth / detail to ensure relevant points and concepts were raised, but without crossing the line into being simply gratuitous

Very good
The training covered the subject very comprehensively. The only criticism is that one hour was recommended for the course and this did not include the extra reading that was provided. Perhaps it would be a good idea to note at the start that there is quite extensive additional reading provided which is in addition to the hour.
Very clear teaching and effective use of questioning
Every video was clear and enough explanations were given. Obviously I didn't like the fact that there were 36 videos, but I guess that is done for a good reason. I felt the grouping of the information was also clear, so you come away with the information on what to do if there is a disclosure at the forefront of your mind, being the final section .

Clear, concise, accessible.
A good follow-up from training I have received in the past. New information (i.e. 'breast ironing').. Appreciate everyone works at a different pace, but an approximate running time prior to logging on would be helpful in knowing when to schedule time at home for completion. I was grateful it didn't take as long, or the test require as much reading as I thought it was going to . . . but then again I got two questions wrong – so perhaps I should have slowed down when considering my answers!
