Easily Accessible and understandable.
It covered many topics and fields of child care and I was able to gain knowledge of certain topics that I wasn’t aware about.
Good to know
I definitely learnt a lot on this course
Generally fine though the additional materials could be formatted better

relevant, appropriate level of detail and well presented
The presentation was good; a mix of graphics and talking heads kept the content engaging and made it easier to understand and remember. The level of detail felt appropriate for my role (as a coach of a youth sports team) and has given me the tools I need to carry out my responsibilities with regards to safeguarding the children in my care.
Informative and important
It’s very useful for any body working in caring industry
Informative and Humbling
It is easy to forget how vulnerable children are when you see them in a public building. I work in Libraries and kids are nearly always accompanied by a guardian and excited and engaged. Their issues maybe deep-seated and not obvious from the outside. I will try to maintain an awareness level when dealing with kids in the future. Keeping your eyes open can only help to maintain the safe and welcoming environment we provide in the Library.
Professional and sensitive to challenging issues
The course provides a realistic, yet emotionally balanced, professional approach to recognising signs that compromise a child's safety and wellbeing, but places the "gut feeling" at the core – thus recognising responsible adults' professionalism and above all the role of the DSL>
Handled sensitive topics very well
Clear and concise information, with easy to follow bullet points, very helpful further information tool buttons with the clever mini memory testing questions at the end of each topic, safe in the knowledge and the reassurance of retaking the test again straight away if so needed. Enjoyable learning experience. Thank you.
