I found this course very informative and easy to follow. I liked the way it was illustrated with short videos. A helpful feature was being able to pause and rewatch sections. The test questions were clear and it was great receiving the online certificate immediately.

I appreciated the change in person delivering the course and the pictures to help you remember certain bits. The information was clearly presented and the option to read more into areas was really helpful.

A difficult course to navigate but thankfully we we were advised of this at the start
As I've already said above a difficult one to read, but as I've done safeguarding courses over the years due to youth work and a coach of underage sports, I found if familiar. I noticed the questions didn't match-up for severity as most were similiar and all the answers were very straight forward, most questions concerned the last half of the presentation and would have been easier than if they were about the first 20 slides. I think every adult in the country should be aware of the course content as many people hear of certain terms and they are confused or at a loss as to what they mean. Thank you. I am finally finished all the courses until they fall due again soon.
