Life changing
This course has taken away the whole anxiety of how to plan using only SMART methodology, which I have always found daunting, feeling I had to focus on demonstrating I could use the methodology itself rather than what I wanted to achieve from using it. How you have taken that methodology and blended it with WOOP and Anti-goals is genius! I feel happy, excited and relieved that I have the knowledge from this course to draw on and the now familiar actionable points you use in your on line training presentations. Great! And the presenter is also calm, knowledgeable and authentic. Thank you!
