Non applicable

Most of this does not apply to us in our line of work, just disposal of used sharps we may find. As a road worker I can't see myself ever administering a patient with a jab.

makes workers aware of the dangers

its a ok course

it is only worth doing the course if you work with sharps as i will not come in to contact with sharps it means nothing to me or our site operatives . this should be a job pacific training course not a general site course .

Easy to understand and remember

A well presented training package, gave the facts and what to do t0 keep you and others safe.

Informative but could be more thorough?

I thought the content was good but as a support worker who does home visits I thought it could use some more information about risks in peoples' homes

Very good coverage of the subject matter

The content helped clarify how sharps can affect a wide range of people, not only those in a medical environment. Methods of dealing with sharps were covered well and the risks highlighted. Be aware that the course shows injections being given but no warning provided.

Very informative course.
