A bit too repetitive at times
I found the video footage a bit patronising but the course itself was a good base to explain everyone's responsibilities
I enjoyed it
I actually learnt a lot about my own behaviour with my position doing my domestic duties at home. Poor position leads to body aches, joint pains and long term back problems. I agree totally.
