Concise and effective.
This was an outstanding course on stress awareness and management. It was clear, concise and relevant with excellent information and advice throughout.
like videos and pace
Like video training. like you can start stop and rewind. I hate having to read loads of information. Find it easier with my dyslexia to watch a video course. If reading I tend to switch off and have to go back and try again. Like this way of training it is clear and set at a good learning pace.
