Very informative about ladders. I liked the 1 to 4 distance ratio and 3 rungs being above the resting height. I will remember that for future jobs outside of work too.

On test question/answer was ambigious
The question was 'If you find a hazard that you can't deal with, what do you do?'. I chose the answer around getting help to resolve it but the answer is 'Deal with it'. That makes no sense. The question or answer needs to be expanded on.
