The presenters spoke well and clearly, presenting a simple subject but making it easy to listen to them.

There is some overlap with the Ladder Safety course, which I have already completed, but its a good comprehensive course.
professional & amusing
Very professional & amusing, a bit repetitive and could be trimmed to encourage participation. Some lesser realised tips- e.g Light levels are a slip & trip hazard. Overlaps quite a lot with the ladder training and that part could be usefully separated out.
