Any training where you can click through without reading properly, answer the questions knowing that, if you get them wrong, you can make a note of the right answer and then get asked exactly the same questions again in a re-sit is really just a tick box exercise. Not worth the paper which I have long since stopped bothering to print it on.

I agree with the narrator that the content of the video is common sense, even so it is helpful as a reminder to always be on your guard being extra careful.
