Useful course
Easy to follow course, a lot is common sense. In my personal opinion it would be useful to watch for everybody, even more so for office staff as it will make you more aware of your responsibilities when coming across spills. Good guidance on trips and working from heights. Useful in the workplace but also at home .

It was informative
Got to know the names of some tools, and I have learnt things that I didn't know before. In a nutshell it was informative and I enjoyed it. And in the end hope to benefit from it.
