good training the change in caricatures makes it easier to stay engaged. the videos are short and it is easy to pause and reload without losing your place
Concise and easy to digest
This training was a nice length and visually engaging. I liked the variety of videos and examples used to explain concepts, such as 'humans are like balloons'. The test at the end was also an appropriate length and easy to answer after the content of the training. It was also a good reminder to pause/take regular breaks and know how to support colleagues.
