easy to follow
I have mild brain/memory problems, so my short term recent memory is very problematic, but the way this course is laid out with the prompts at the end of each section are brilliant as a reminder for me, plus the excellent spoken word, very clear and understandable along with the text on screen during each section works brilliantly. I actually look forward to these courses.
