Hard to understand
Some sentences are speaking too fast and it's difficult to understand. Special speaking examples… It would be easier if the course were adapted to each country. Not just for me but for all employees. Best regards,

The Care Certificate was discussed throughout which is not relevant in Wales, it would be good to see this training more relevant.
