To me is good programme.
Like I said that it's good training and I will be very grateful if this training can be done once in while for improvement of staff.

Learning material was good. Test was very easy, and should not be problem for anyone. Only issue is the characters for the comments, might be this is my personal problem and language barrier, but I feel that unable to explain my problem with the characters provided, and feel that cutting out does not provide anymore the information I wanted to provide., therefore 4 starts.

Common sense but good to be reminded.
A lot of commons sense, but it was good to be reminded and did make you think. As a result of the DSE part, I reviewed my posture and have raised my monitor to more of an eye line.
