Very Simple
I think it needed to include running or rushing and if carrying hot liquids cups with sealable tops must be used so in the event of a trip or slip nobody get scalded. The example of the ladder needing three rungs above the landing area was good ,but the way the graphic showed the ladder you would be in danger of standing off the the landing area to get around the ladder leading to a fall ,the ladder should have been place on the braid side of the cabinet not he end.
