A good reminder, of what to look out for.
Easy to remember, vital to know.
As a trainer, I often forget the basics when not using skills on a regular basis. Great, easy to remember tips and clear presentation. I'll often pop a course on to refresh my knowledge or pick up some tips to use when I'm training others.
